Our website supports safe and secure paperless billing for services rendered to all our facilities. This program sends an automatic digital invoice in PDF and Excel to any number of required facility personnel to process resident account billing to Smartset easily and efficiently.

$5,000,000 million dollars in general & professional liability insurance to complement your existing insurance coverage. All employees are covered under Work Safe BC and a certificate of good standing is available to you. Additionally, all staff have had a criminal record check, and $5,000 in an employee dishonesty bond is put in place to protect your resident’s property.

Reasonable service coverage is available should a hairdresser be unable to work for an extended period time. Many facilities struggle when independent hairdressers are away sick, on vacation or extended leave - Smartset is able to provide reasonable coverage.

All of our equipment are sterilized inbetween usages, bottles are porperly marked according to WHMIS and a material safety data book is supplied in every salon. We know client safety is absolutely without a doubt the most important aspect of receiving personal care - and we take it very seriously too.

We maintain and supply all our own equipment and materials needed to fully operate a safe, clean and professional work place. Smartset will fully furnish, stock supplies or provide anything required to fully operate a functional hair salon.
