Our senior clients are the most important part of our business. We want to provide more than a service, but to create an experience.

It starts by understanding that our client’s needs are all different, and meeting these needs requires a trained hairdresser that can adapt on a client-by-client basis. It is much more than providing different services to guests, but applying different approaches as well. Each client prefers certain levels of attention, different social interactions and quality of service alongside their expected requests.

Once we understand our client’s preferences, we want to ensure we’re building a lasting relationship with each of them. Our salons are a place that residents should look forward to visiting and feel valued while they are there. Forming a relationship between our staff, clients and their families is paramount to ensuring residents feel their time with us is valued.

Lastly, once we understand our clients needs and have built a lasting relationship, our goal is continual quality service. Each of our hairdressers are licensed to provide an industry standard of service quality. We want our residents to leave knowing they are receiving what they asked for to the best of our staff’s ability.

Staff play an integral role to our company. Everyone is carefully chosen to represent the company quality of service and customer experience initiatives.

Being the front line of our business, it is very important to us staff can operate responsibly and with commitment towards dependable service. Hairdressers are fully licensed and all staff have a criminal record check performed at the time of hire. We also routinely check on customer satisfaction levels at each of our facilities as needed.

Facilities can rest assured each member brings experience to the table and offers their own unique personal service to each salon. However, all staff must undergo a certain expectation of training or hands-on interview to demonstrate they have the competency to perform the job required at the desired level.
